It's great to see that you are serious about building your own 5-axis CNC machine. Unlike in the past, nowadays, various parts are easily available online.

You can even use the excellent CAD software, Fution360, for free.

If you are motivated, it is possible to build your ideal machine.

I have built my own ideal 5-axis CNC machine.

The truth is that my ideal machine is not yet complete.

There are still many improvements and new ideas that come to mind.

Maybe it will never be finished.

I'm sure my machine will become even cooler in the future.

My goal is to make the best machine I can.

I am sure that you can do the same.

I'm sure you can make your ideal machine.

However, some people may think that it is impossible because they do not have a machine to process the parts.

It is certainly not an easy task.

You will face a lot of problems.

It was not easy for me to build this machine either.

It was much harder than I expected.

I don't think I can solve all the problems you face, because each of us has different equipment environment and knowledge.

However, I can help you in some ways.

One of them is the 3DCAD data that I have spent a lot of time creating.

This is the minimum 3D model that I drew to create my machine.

It is not a complete 3D model.

You can probably make your ideal machine without using this 3D model as a reference.

However, it would be much easier to use the design of this machine as a basis to change the design to suit your working environment.
